  • Overview

International Business and Trade: new markets, new concepts, growing demands, international projects. This program combines business, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, language courses and so much more.
We advise students to choose courses for approx. 30 ECTS per semester.
Select the courses out of one phase and complete with electives. Thomas More remains the right to change the learning agreement upon arrival if the student doesn’t meet the requirements to enter the course.

The academic year in a nutshell

  • Courses

Below you can find an overview of the courses ( under reservation of changes), with the number of credits per phase. Credits express how many hours you need on average to process the subject matter (incl. lessons). Count about 25 to 30 hours for 1 study credit.

    • A complete semester counts 30 ECTS study points. As an exchange student you will take up the mandatory (compulsory) courses mentioned below for a total of 21 ECTS. In addition, you must choose one of the programme specific packages (phase 1, phase 2 or phase 3) for a total of 9 ECTS.
    • A combination of courses from different packages is NOT an option.
    • A student can only choose an elective course if one of the mandatory courses has already been accredited by your home university. This option may be restricted due to schedule conflicts, except for online courses.
    • Would you like to know the detailed content of each subject? Check the programme guide.
    • Language courses: exchange students must include in their application a document stating their actual level of the chosen language.
